About the numbers above

BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide. It is not approved for human use in any major market and is sold for laboratory research. Commonly reported protocols sit at 250 to 500 mcg per day, sometimes split into two doses, but that is a description of what people report rather than a recommendation.

The mg to mcg conversion is where errors happen. A 5 mg vial contains 5000 mcg. Reconstituted with 2 mL, that is 2500 mcg/mL, so a 250 mcg dose is 0.1 mL, or 10 units. Reading the vial as 5 mcg instead of 5 mg would be a thousand-fold error.
