This site provides a unit-conversion tool. It takes three numbers you supply, the milligrams in a vial, the millilitres of bacteriostatic water added, and a dose, and returns the arithmetic result: a concentration, a volume and a corresponding mark on an insulin syringe.

What it is not

It is not medical advice, and it is not a recommendation to use any compound. It cannot know your vial is what the label says, that your scale is accurate, or that a dose is appropriate for you. It does not account for interactions, conditions, pregnancy, or anything else about a specific person.

Regulatory status

Most of the compounds covered here are not approved for human use in any major market and are sold for laboratory research use only. Some, such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, exist as approved medicines in licensed pen devices at fixed concentrations, which are not the same thing as material you reconstitute yourself.

Accuracy

The arithmetic is straightforward and is tested, but the inputs are yours. Always confirm the strength printed on your own vial rather than relying on a preset, and check whether your syringe is U-100 or U-40 before drawing. If a result looks wrong, it probably is: work it through by hand using the three steps on the calculator page.
